Matt Keyzer and Conner Howard awarded UROP funds

Undergraduate Honors students in the lab, Matt Keyzer and Conner Howard were awarded UROP funding for their undergraduate Honors thesis projects last Fall and this Spring respectively. Congratulations to the both of them on their successful proposals. On to research now.


Doug Gaffin presented a talk at TEDxOU 2016

Dr. Gaffin was invited to talk at the annual TEDxOU event on campus in February. He talked about the lab’s work on the navigation by scene familiarity hypothesis and its use in enhancing human endeavors. Kendall awarded UROP grant!

Kendall Hughes was recently awarded an Undergraduate Research Opportunity grant of $1000 to conduct brain electrophysiology in scorpions. She will use this to complete her Honors thesis. Go Kendall!
